My preferences when travelling often lean towards accommodations offering sophisticated amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a rejuvenating hot tub. I also value restaurants that serve local cuisine with an emphasis on sustainability. My recent stay in Norway exceeded all my expectations. The spacious family apartment was a perfect retreat, boasting large windows which provided spectacular views of the snowy landscape. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals effortlessly, while the hot tub became our favourite spot to unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. Dining in the beautifully restored barn was an experience in itself, with a delightful breakfast each morning and a captivating fine dining experience one evening, where the staff excelled in sharing the origin of each dish. My experience was truly remarkable, and I highly recommend this destination for anyone seeking adventure and tranquility.
